McFadden Strategies Founder Suzanne McFadden has over 25 years of marketing, customer experience, and communications expertise in the telecommunications industry.  Having most recently held Senior Vice President roles at Comcast in these areas, she has broad capabilities to help large and small organizations improve their marketing, customer and employee experiences.  Recent consulting work includes projects related to the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment program, broadband infrastructure grant programs, and Digital Equity outreach work.
